Honey has many flavors and colors. The flavor depend on the plant they get the nectar. There are many local flavors such as Orange Blossom, Saw Palmetto, Wild Flower, Brazilian Pepper, Agave, and Tupelo honey. The colors of the honey depends on the plant’s nectar which can range from a clear color to yellow, amber (light or dark), and even as dark as molasses. There are even colors like red and emerald green which are unbelievable considering that everyone usually thinks honey would be golden in color.
